Dave has been a fitness professional for over 40 years and is certified by NASM and various other organizations. With decades of experience across different training methods, he brings a practical, knowledgeable, and results-driven approach to personal training.

His focus is on helping clients build strength, improve movement, and feel better in their everyday lives through purposeful training with kettlebells, barbells, and dumbbells. Dave is committed to continued learning and is always working to improve, so he can better support each client’s progress and help them become stronger, more confident, and better prepared for life.
